This machine is used for sizing and polished diamonds mould machine with high efficiency, it is composed of three independent drive polishing device, can effectively polishing 0.02 -- 4 mm diameter diamond die or polycrystalline modules, each independent polishing device by an independent circuit control, easy to operate.

3.Working principle and main parts function
1. How it works
Through the up and down reciprocating movement of the metal wire (coated with polishing abrasive) penetrating into the die hole and the die disc driving the die to rotate, the purpose of polishing the die cavity is achieved.
2. Function of main parts.
(1) Die plate
It is used to fix the mold and center the mold automatically. The mold disk drives the mold to rotate. The speed is adjusted by the rotary adjustment knob on the control board. The mould with diameter of 45mm and height can be polished by changing the specification of mould cover.
(2) Polishing clamp
The polishing line is clamped by the upper and lower polishing clamps. The polishing line can be tensioned by the screw nut of the upper clamp. The polishing lines with different diameters can be clamped by chan
1. Due to the heavy weight of this model, the installation must be balanced, and the bottom nut can be adjusted. The worktable for placing the machine must be firm.
2. Connect the machine with 220 V, 50 Hz AC power supply through cable and plug (reliable grounding is required).
3. To install the polishing line, first rotate the upper clamp to the lowest position to tension the polishing line.
1. Clean the die plate and cavity.
2. Put the rotten thread through the die hole, then put the die into the cover cap, and screw the cover cap tightly.
3. Pull out the polishing line and fix the lower end on the lower clamp. Adjust the upper clamp to the lowest position, straighten the upper end of the polishing line, fix it on the upper clamp, and tighten the polishing line.
4. Turn on the power switch and adjust the required time.
5. Press the switch "rotate" first, then the die plate rotates, and then adjust the rotary adjustment button to the required speed.
6. After adding polishing abrasive, press the "vibration" switch and rotate the vibration adjusting button to adjust to the required vibration speed. (after each machining, the vibration adjusting knob must be rotated to the left at the minimum position).
7. When the timer cuts off the power automatically, it means the end of a processing cycle (when the timer is not needed, just turn off the "timing" switch).
8. If you need to reset the timer for the next working cycle, just turn on the "timer" switch and adjust the counting timer to the required working time (unit: seconds).
