The generator adopts transistor to improve the power output, the transducer is designed with direct air cooling, the working pressure adopts the hydraulic transmission of patented products, the double slide rail and four slide seat positioning system, and the imported pneumatic components ensure the smooth and accurate action. The steel needle is inserted directly without welding, which ensures the coaxiality. The horn is installed once without frequent replacement. The automatic design is added in the automatic cycle, which does not need frequent adjustment. The angle changes the thread transmission, which is convenient and labor-saving. The dust collector absorbs the wear debris and improves the production environment.

1. Turn on the power switch, lighting switch, turn on the air pressure (0.4 Pascal), add and subtract the rank code to adjust to the required pressure.
2. Adjustment of working position
(1) Install the horn inserted with steel needle on the transducer and tighten it. It will rise by inching (needle tip to oil pressure platform is about 100 mm), fall automatically (needle tip to oil pressure platform is about 1 mm), and rise automatically.
(2) Loosen the universal handle, turn the angle hand wheel to make the pointer to the required angle and tighten, and at the same time, the grinding wheel retracts to a safe position.
(3) Turn on the switch of the electrical box, set the power (adjusted by the lower right knob), display the voltmeter, set the ultrasonic timing, grinding wheel timing, compensation timing, cycle times, turn on the ultrasonic switch, display the ammeter, and track the frequency (adjusted by the lower right knob).
3. Steel needle grinding
Turn on the grinding wheel advance and retreat switch, and release the grinding wheel advance and retreat switch after the steel needle grinding.
4. Mold processing
Put the prepared wire drawing die on the short platform and press the short platform to automatically lower, slowly release the die to make the needle tip enter the die hole, turn on the ultrasonic switch, automatically raise and remove the die at the end of time.
5. Before using the automatic cycle, it should be operated manually once.
Note: the position and angle of the new horn need to be reset
