3.Working principle and equipment composition
This machine is mainly divided into ultrasonic generator and cleaning head.
1. Ultrasonic generator
The ultrasonic generator is installed in a small cabinet, with automatic frequency tracking circuit, and can adjust the ultrasonic vibration to the best state through the frequency modulation knob on the panel.
2. Shampoo
The cleaning head is composed of a high-efficiency piezoelectric transducer and a suitable horn. The transducer is installed on the support and bracket, and the position is set and locked on the column through a universal handle and a fastening ring.
4.Installation and operation instructions
1. Connect the cable to connect the ultrasonic generator to the cleaning head
2. Screw the double head screw into the transducer and tighten the luffing rod to the transducer.
3. Put clean water (about 3/4) into the cleaning cylinder and place the cleaning cylinder under the cleaning head.
4. Adjust the height of the cleaning head so that the end face of the luffing rod is immersed in water for about 5mm, and then fix with lock.
5. Turn on the main power supply with the power cord. (must be grounded reliably)
6. Turn on the power switch, put the mold to be cleaned under the cleaning head and close to the end face of the luffing rod.
7. Press and hold the button switch on the cleaning machine head, and after cleaning for several seconds, it can be cleaned normally.
8. Take the mold out of the cleaning head. At this time, remove the hand from the button switch, and the machine will stop working.
1. If you don't use the cleaner for a long time, please turn off the power switch.
2. The water in the cleaning cylinder should be changed frequently, otherwise the cleaning effect will be affected.
3. The end face of the horn is damaged. If there are obvious pits, please replace it with a new one.
