Through the up and down reciprocating motion of the metal wire (coated with polishing abrasive) penetrating into the die hole and the die disc driving the die to rotate, the purpose of sizing and polishing the die cavity is achieved.
1. Connect the power with the power cable, connect the ground wire and turn on the main switch behind the machine.
2. Clean the die plate and cavity, put the rotten thread into the die hole, put the die in the die plate, and screw the cap tightly.
3. Pull out the polishing line, fix the lower end on the lower clip, pull the lower handle as needed, fix the upper end of the polishing line on the upper clip, release the lower handle, and the polishing line will be tensioned automatically.
4. Turn on the power switch on the panel and adjust the required time as needed.
5. Before starting or stopping, the adjustment knob should be turned to the lowest 0 position to avoid damage when starting at high speed.
6. Turn off the back main power switch after shutdown.
