3.Working principle and equipment composition

Place the base on a stable table, move the transducer up and down, adjust it to a proper position and lock it, Connect the ultrasonic generator and the transducer with the output circuit provided with the machine, and then plug the power plug on the base into the power output socket of the ultrasonic sounder. Inject 10 ᦇ oil into the oil cup. After checking, plug the power plug of the ultrasonic generator into the power socket with reliable grounding when the switches are off.
2. Use
According to the size of the processing mold, select the appropriate horn and steel needle, firmly weld the steel needle to the horn with silver or copper welding, then grind out the appropriate angle on the grinding wheel, install it on the transducer and tighten it, put the mold on the mold base, adjust the cross carriage and the upper and lower carriage of the transducer, so that the steel needle can be inserted into the mold hole, adjust the weight pressure, and then put the mold material and turn on the ultrasonic The ultrasonic power switch and the mold base rotary switch are used to adjust the ultrasonic output power knob to an appropriate size, and then the mold material is stirred under the ultrasonic wave, that is, the mold processing is in progress.
